Nuïlong, a delicious South African rooibos combined with hops, hawthorn, and bitter orange blossom, certified organic. It is recommended to support good sleep.
Rooibos
The national drink of South Africa, rooibos is a theine-free infusion, obtained from a shrub belonging to the acacia family that grows exclusively in the Cederberg Valley. A beautiful copper red colour, this infusion offers a slightly spiced, gentle flavour. Completely theine-free, it can be enjoyed at any time of day, even in the evening.
Hops & Hawthorn
Hops and hawthorn flowers both contain components with relaxing properties, which have been recognised in numerous studies for their calming effect. By facilitating relaxation, they thus promote sound sleep.
Bitter Orange Blossom
Bitter orange blossom also contributes to sound sleep thanks to its stress-relieving properties.
Nuïlong® rooibos was developed by means of an original process; the patented Concentrated Organic Active Ingredients process (Actifs Bio Concentrés®, ABC). This unique process enables the concentration and adherence of the active ingredients from plant extracts directly to the rooibos leaves. These are then released during infusion, producing a highly effective beverage. Nuïlong Sleep Rooibos thus benefits from a concentration of active ingredients that is much greater than that contained in a classic plant infusion.
Nuïlong® Rooibos is packaged in Pagode sachets. Transparent and in the shape of a pyramid, these allow the rooibos leaves to move around freely during the infusion.

Manufacturing secrets
A precious plucking
Thés de La Pagode® respects an age-old tradition to ensure that all the benefits of tea are preserved. Indeed, the quality and fragrance of a tea are determined, among other things, by the type of leaf picked. In spring, in the gardens of Thés de la Pagode®, the "Imperial Plucking" is practiced: the pluckers select only the bud ("Pekoe" in Mandarin) and the first leaf. Another technique used is "fine picking". In this case, the pickers remove the bud and the first two leaves.
