Matcha

Our organic matcha teas come from Japan and offer you a rich and vegetal taste either in infusions or in cooking. Matcha is a fine green tea powder that requires a specific preparation with a bamboo whisk when you want to drink it as an infusion. This tea is thus associated with a unique tea ceremony called Cha No Yu in Japan. You can also use matcha in cooking, especially in pastries.
